what's the blue b symbol mean?

That signfies brake hold system warning and basically it's letting you know something is up or it's turned off, simple things can warrant it tho like low brake fluid or a sensor glitch, so dont get all panicked up
 
It's basically telling you that the system isn't going to hold the brakes automatically when you come to a stop, like at a light or in traffic, try restarting the car or toggling the brake hold button off and back on
 
Yep, that symbol pops up when the brake hold isn't on. A quick restart or hitting the brake hold button can usually fix it. Did the light go away after that?
